Parents may face benefits loss or prison for children's crimes

Parents in England and Wales could face benefit deductions or prison sentences if their children commit crimes, under proposed reforms to youth justice. Youth Justice Minister Jake Richards stated the aim is to hold parents accountable for their role in community safety.
