Solar panels planned for Harrow Arts Centre

Plans have been submitted to Harrow Council for the installation of roof-mounted solar panels at Harrow Arts Centre in Hatch End. The application seeks consent for changes to Elliott Hall and the curtilage-listed Dance Hall.
