Barnes Park Plans Include Climate Refuge

Plans submitted to Richmond Council propose a major transformation of Vine Road Recreation Ground in Barnes. The redevelopment includes a new pavilion designed as a climate refuge and emergency base, alongside a wetland area, redesigned playground, woodland zone, and skatepark.
