Harrow enforcement resumes with body cameras from 1 September

Harrow Council will restart enforcement patrols on 1 September 2026 after suspending Kingdom Local Authority Support in June. All officers must now use body-worn cameras, and at least 40% of footage will be audited. Fixed Penalty Notices without camera evidence will be cancelled.
