Harrow View parking banned for utility works until 13 August

Harrow Council has imposed a temporary parking ban on Harrow View to allow utility works. The restriction, active from 7 August, prohibits waiting or loading on both carriageway sides until 13 August or completion of the works, whichever comes first.
