Southwark Council plans second Aylesbury Estate summit in February 2027

Southwark Council’s new Green and Liberal Democrat administration will hold a second summit in February 2027 to choose the future of the Aylesbury Estate, home to roughly 2,700 properties and 10,000 residents. Council leaders, residents and Notting Hill Genesis each voiced concerns about funding, climate impact and the lack of a full condition survey.
