Cave art discovery pushes back Ireland's human history by 5,000 years

Ancient cave art discovered in eight sites across south-west Ireland has pushed back the earliest known evidence of human presence in the country by approximately 5,000 years. The findings suggest early humans may have travelled from Wales via a land bridge.
