Brent Council house bought for £530k remains empty

A terraced house in Sudbury, purchased by Brent Council for £530,000 in April 2023, remains unoccupied more than a year later. Refurbishment and compliance works cost £75,360.33 (excluding VAT). The council expects occupation from October 2026.
