White House in Harrow to become healthcare hub after council approval

Harrow Council’s planning committee unanimously approved converting the Grade II listed White House into a healthcare centre. The building, owned by Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College, will host an expanded Headstone Road Practice and community care facilities, following concerns over its deterioration and public benefit arguments.
