Westminster council approves 13‑storey office block on Victoria Street

On 13 October 2026 the Westminster City Council Planning Sub‑Committee gave the green light to a 13‑storey office and retail scheme at 10 Victoria Street. The developer must fund carbon‑offset and employment contributions, while Historic England warns of possible medieval remains.
