Glen Hansard dies in motorcycle crash in Lucan

Glen Hansard, frontman of The Frames and co‑writer of “Falling Slowly” songwriter, was killed in a single‑vehicle motorcycle crash on the outskirts of Dublin. Tributes have come from Bob Geldof, Bruce Springsteen, Ed Sheeran, Bono and Irish leaders.
