SEND pupils need more employer opportunities

Thomas Keaney, CEO of TCES, is challenging employers and apprenticeship providers to offer more opportunities for SEND pupils. He states that despite preparation, these students face significant barriers securing work experience and apprenticeships, calling for stronger partnerships with specialist schools.
