Harrow Council approves 104‑unit College Road scheme despite height concerns

The Harrow Council Planning Committee approved a 10‑storey rear block behind a listed building on College Road, adding 104 co‑living units, a café and co‑working space. A Section 106 contribution of £161,000 is required, though it falls below policy expectations.
