Westminster orders removal of 25-year street garden after complaints

Westminster City Council has ordered the removal of a street garden maintained for 25 years by an 89-year-old resident after complaints of anti-social behaviour, including drug use and dumped rubbish. The deadline to clear the bench and plant pots has passed, but the garden remains in place.
