Harrow man faces two-year recovery after fence climbing injury

A Harrow resident is facing a lengthy recovery period after an accident in May, when he climbed a fence to access a closed athletics track. Hamish Franklin sustained a severed ulnar nerve, requiring eight hours of surgery, and may not regain full sensation in two fingers.
